09/19/2010 - The Start! Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premiere event for raising funds to save lives from this country's No. 1 and No. 3 killers - heart disease and stroke. Designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, the Start! Heart Walk creates an environment that's fun and rewarding for the entire family. This year, more than 1 million walkers participated and Direct Flow Medical, Inc. was proud to be a participant at the September 19th event in Santa Rosa. The entire company took part in supporting our fundraising efforts which included a fast and furious tricycle race with competing staff members. The enthusiasm for supporting the AHA cause was overwhelming as Santa Rosa DFM employees raised funds and team morale with such an exciting event!
